At the beginning of the process, each audio channel contains a single sine wave. After a while, the swapping of the buffers will create complex rhythmical patterns, diffused in space. After a much longer while, the signal will turn into a stream of slowly changing colored noise. During the course of the exhibtion the ritual is repeated in random intervalls (after several minutes, hours or days) and each time a new set of frequencies and amplitudes is chosen.
